Return Policy
What if you
decide you don't like it?
Just give us
a call for a return authorization.
As long as the product is:
-unused and in new
condition
-returned with its original vendor information,
i.e., vendor tags, warranties, etc.
You can return the item -at your
expense- up to two weeks after you received it, and we will credit you for the amount of purchase less our cost to originally
ship the item to you as long as the product is received by us in new
condition.

Returns without an authorization
number will be subject to an additional charge or possibly refused.
If we receive
the return item with shipping damage, we will not be able to process a
credit. Instead, you will need to fill a claim with the company that
shipped the item assuming it was insured. Note
UPS automatically will insure items up to $100.
With USPS, you will need to purchase insurance. This has never
happened - but it could happen.
Insurance
Please insure the shipment for your
own protection and keep your receipts until we confirm that
we have received the merchandise is new condition. If the shipment is damaged in transit, we cannot accept it as
a return, and you will need to seek reimbursement from the shipper, e.g., UPS
or USPS. This has only happened once to us throughout
the years - but it has happened.
Authorization
Number Missing
If you send
us a return without an authorization number, we may refuse
to accept delivery or additional $10.00 will be
charged, not to exceed the amount of purchase. We
want to make returns easy for you - but we also don't want to receive
merchandise without a return authorization.
Missing Packing Materials
If
the product is received without the original packaging materials, e.g., vendor tags, even
though it is in new and unused condition, the greater of an additional $10
restocking fee or 15% of the amount of purchase will also apply.
After Return Adjusted Order Less than $75
If you were not
charged shipping on your original order because it was over $75, and you
return merchandise that adjusts your order to less than $75 but more than zero, the adjustment
will include $5.95 shipping.
Late
Returns
You have two weeks from the receipt of the order, to return
the product - that is, to give to UPS, USPS or Fed EX for shipment. When an
order is shipped to us after that time, the greater of an additional $10
restocking fee or 15% of the amount of purchase will also apply.
