When will I receive my order?

The two parts are "time to fulfill your order" and "transit time to deliver your order."

We list order fulfillment information on all pages - items such as golf gloves, headcovers and umbrellas are in stock - and ship within 2 business days from Dallas, Texas.  Most golf clubs and sets are in stock and also ship within 2 business days.  The exception is we do stock some Nancy Lopez Golf Clubs, however, due to the variety of choices available for these clubs, most ship direct from the manufacturer in 2 to 4 business days.

Shipping time depends on how the order is shipped, and the distance between where it is shipped from and where it is shipped to. 

Three carriers are used - the post office, Fed Ex and UPS. 

Generally we use USPS priority mail for small items and fragile items that we have in stock - examples are towels, umbrellas, and single woods.  Transit time is usually 2 to 4 days - but this is not a guaranteed service.

Fed Ex and UPS are used for all other orders.  Transit time between the East and West Coast is usually 5 business days, although some areas have a 6 day delivery time.  Transit time within a state or to a neighboring state is generally 1 business day.  When we confirm your order we will let you know the estimated shipping time - except for instock orders that are shipped UPS.  For these orders, you will receive an email from UPS with the tracking number and scheduled delivery date when your order is shipped.
